Giving back to the community and supporting good causes is important to us. For the past 5 years we are proud to have received the "Caring Company" award from the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, in recognition of our continuous commitment towards good causes in Hong Kong. Previous charitable activities include the following:

  • Calendar Sale in Aid of Oxfam
  • Thank you to all students and parents who purchased English Excel Calendar Posters.
English Excel has launched a charity campaign to help improve the education of children in Hong Kong and China. We will be supporting two charities; CNY Trust, a UK based charity who are responsible for building schools in the Hebei province of China and Oxfam Hong Kong who work with a number of local community based projects. For more information on these charities please visit; www.cnytrust.com or www.oxfam.org.hk

  • A huge thank you to all of you who donated stationary and cash. Last weekend, all English Excel staff flew into Bangkok and a group of us delivered the donations to Phaya Thai Babies Home. Staff at Phaya Thai were very grateful and a thank you letter is currently posted on the notice board at each School.

  • Reading for Recovery. Raises over HK$20,000! Read-a-thon & Book fair
  • Last Sunday’s event in Windsor House was a great day and we raised a massive amount of cash! The book fair saw your used books selling like ‘hot cakes’ and our series of auctions also brought in the dollars!
